Paper presentation contest has been the tradition of Adroit. Informative and witty papers, interesting and new facts is the ideology of paper presentation at Adroit2k9. Take the pride in presenting a paper at Adroit’2k9.

RULES TO BE FOLLOWED

* Maximum two authors per paper.

* Paper should not exceed 12 pages.

REGISTRATION:

* Two hard copies and one soft copy of the paper with an abstract of about 200 words can be submitted in person at our college.

Registration fee is Rs. 200/-. LAST DAY FOR SUBMISSION IS FEB 5.

You can register online by sending us the soft copy of your paper over the mail
( adroit2k9@gmail.com ) . In such case please send your DD in favour of THE PRINCIPAL, VNR VJIET and also mention the Bank name along with the DD number in the e-mail. Also mention your Postal Address in the mail so as to claim your participation certificate.

FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION, Registration fee is Rs. 250/- (incl. postal charges)

YOUR PAPER WILL BE EVALUATED ONLY AFTER RECEIVING THE DD. LAST DAY FOR RECEIVING THE DD IS FEB 5.

* Format: According to IEEE standards. Download here.

* Duration: 12 min (10+2) will be provided for presentation and discussion.

* OHP/LCD projectors will be provided.

* Participation certificates and merit certificates will be given on the spot.
