KAIZEN

KAIZEN a competition during ADROIT provides a platform to every technical student to express his/her ideas (i.e. change for the better on the existing products/tools etc. whether it may be

1. Technical or
2. Non-Technical).

This is a perfect platform to express your creative thinking in a concise and interesting manner.

Registration fee: Rs. 30/-

Rules and Regulations:

1. The participating entries must be as a team of a maximum of two people.

2. Team or individual are allowed to present kaizens in more than one category. They cannot submit more than one kaizen within the same category.

3. The participating team can register online and mail us (adroit2k9@gmail.com) a soft copy (.doc/.pdf) containing a detailed description of your idea.

4. You can also submit your copies in person at our college.

Last Date for Submisson : 5th February 2009.

5. The selected candidates will be intimated by 10th February 2009.

6. The qualified candidates are required to bring along with them one soft copy (on CD) and 2 hard copies of the idea on the day of the event..

7. Duration: 15 min (10+5) will be provided for kaizen presentation and discussion of the selected teams.

OHP/LCD projectors will be provided.

The decision of the judges and audience poll shall be treated as final and binding on all

Top 10 Kaizens will be selected. The first kaizen will be awarded KAIZEN OF THE YEAR 2009 Certificate followed by merit certificates to next nine kaizens.

Merit Certificates will be given on the spot.
